I am a marketing guy who lives in Orange County, California.  I work for the amazing B2B software company Wonderware, where I lead marketing for Customer Support & Services. I have have over 30 years of experience in the software industry, primarily in marketing roles, for companies ranging in size from startups to the Fortune 50, and I’m not bored with it yet!

I spend way too much time trying to achieve superlative marketing results with diminutive budgets, so I’ve picked up a few tricks along the way, and this site is my vehicle for sharing a few of those tricks with others, as well as to highlight, and comment upon, the best of what I find elsewhere.

Blogs are implicitly narcissistic to some degree; it is a requirement to presume that personal ideas and opinions are of value to others. It is my goal to focus on valuable content. It will likely become apparent, from the comments of visitors such as yourself, just how well I am doing in my efforts to achieve that goal.
